I know a joke that builds on those two labels, although it also needs the subject to be dyslexic. The joke's setup is something like "Did you hear
about the dyslexic agnostic insomniac?"
I won't steal Sher's thunder by providing the punchline, just in case it's the same joke that she's thinking of. |

Even if it were a serious question (not that I "get" the joke, but anyways) there was no offense taken The joke was about an insomniac dyslexic agnostic, which HBW posted here not long ago. But since you've been so busy, you must have forgotten already. The dude stays up all night wondering if there really is a dog. Yea, the doctor said that it was impressive that half my organs are still fully functional. Turns out, I'm still healthy as an ox. Got a little bit of liver damage, but nothing too too bad, and this annoying dysphagia that should clear up over the next year. Probably the only reason you've been able to get away with such body abuse is that you are so young. But it could come back to haunt you later. I know because it happened to me. I used to pig out on eggs everyday at 19-22, and now my cholesterol doesn't go down no matter what I do. Oh, I see that Nat already explained the joke.
