It is strange, but if you still have the option to click through to the English site, then I doubt it is hacked. It seems to me they incorrectly made the wrong
language the home page.

Well, I wouldn't know the difference between Arabic and chicken scratch. It was just a guess. In any case, the characters are strange. Hebrew, you say?
